Academic registration is done by charging the IRS through an online SIA in accordance with the curriculum applicable to the student;

The number of credits that can be taken is adjusted to IPS in semester the last student is active;

The maximum number of credits that students can take on each semesters are as follows:

The IRS will not be approved by an academic supervisor if the student:
a. taking courses whose college schedule bumps into other courses;
b. take courses whose prerequisites have not been fulfilled;
c. taking credits exceeds the number of credits allowed;
d. take courses whose enrollment exceeds capacity provided. -
Where the IRS is rejected, the student shall fix the IRS and submit it return for approval;

The name of the student will not be recorded in the list of participants of the course if the IRS has not been approved;

Students whose names are not listed in the list of participants of the eye lectures are not allowed to attend lectures, exams and other activities within the course;

Reimbursement of the course may be undertaken by the student at the latest 2 (two) weeks after the lecture activity commences;

The cancellation of the course may be done by the student at the latest at the end of week 4 (four) after the lecture activity begins;

The replacement or cancellation of the course must be obtained
