Biography

Dr. Haryono Setiyo Huboyo, ST, MT, born in Klaten, February 14, 1974 is a lecturer at the Department of Environmental Engineering FT Undip since 1999. Graduated from Bachelor degree (1997) and Master degree (2003) in Environmental Engineering ITB, Doctor degree (2013) in Graduate School of Energy Science Kyoto University Japan. He is interested in energy, air pollution management, and climate change. He gives courses on Air Quality Monitoring and Analysis; Air Pollution Control; Noise and Odor Control. He has attended training in air pollution and environmental audit, namely: Training on Air Pollution Control for Gas and Particulate Emission (CAI Asia, PCD Thailand, ITB, EPA), Urban Quality Management Course (AIT Thailand and World Bank), Auditor Training in Environmental Management System ISO 14000 (PT URS Indonesia), Internship on the study of elemental carbon characterization in roadside areas using field measurements (NIES Japan). Several studies have been conducted which related to forest fire emissions, emissions inventory, emission modeling and air pollution control. International seminar was also attended, such as Better Air Quality symposium (2006, 2010), European Aerosol Conference (2011), IUAPPA South Korea (2016). Several scientific papers have been published in the journal Atmospheric Environment and Energy for Sustainable Development (Elsevier) and book chapter at Springer. He also became a reviewer in the Journal of Building and Environment (Elsevier). He is a PROPER evaluator in the field of emission reduction by Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) as well as a verifier of the achievement of RAN-GRK in the Ministry of Transportation.
